Dover is Committed to Ensuring the Health and Safety of our Employees while Continuing to Support Our Customers, Business Partners and Communities

To our employees, customers and business partners,

The health and wellbeing of our employees, business partners and customers is of paramount importance to all of us at Dover, and is our core value and daily commitment. As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring all of our global operations to ensure that appropriate plans are in place and necessary actions are underway, both for the safety of our employees and their families, and business continuity.

Our Response Team is in constant communication with our teams across the globe and is continually assessing the situation to ensure that our operations continue running in a manner consistent with our existing work safety procedures and practices, local regulations, as well as with regard to the broader health and safety of our global teams in the current operating environment.

We are guided in our response by a recognition that our operating companies provide important products and services on which our customers rely upon daily to support crucial societal functions. For example:

  • Colder Products Company, Quattroflow (a Pump Solutions Group company) and Central Research Laboratories (a Destaco company) produce components that are used in the research and production of diagnostic tools and pharmaceuticals;
  • Anthony and Hillphoenix support your local food stores with refrigeration equipment, parts and services;
  • Wayne, Tokheim and OPW support ongoing operation of your local gas stations with fueling equipment, components and services;
  • Environmental Solutions Group provides a broad range of products and services to support municipal waste collection;
  • Markem-Imaje supplies equipment, consumables and services that enable the food and personal goods industries to comply with regulations and provide product identification and traceability for consumers (such as product expiration dates);
  • PSG’s Hydro Systems provides products for diluting and dispensing chemicals specifically used for facility cleaning and sanitizing; and
  • PSG also provides equipment and components that support the safe operation of paper production plants, chemical facilities, fuel refineries and many other industries.

With the growing concerns regarding COVID-19, we are committed to doing our part to help meet the needs of our customers’ businesses that support crucial societal functions.

Indeed, these are challenging and unprecedented times that are affecting every one of us. As we move forward, we’ll continue to take the steps necessary to protect our team members and best serve and support our customers, business partners and broader communities.
